What differentiates Excelligent from other blood-based diagnostic companies is both the biology and the deployability of the platform. Rather than relying solely on circulating protein markers or highly specialized instrumentation, Excelligent focuses on EV-associated microRNA signals that may provide a more disease-relevant window into early brain changes. At the same time, the platform is being developed around qPCR-based workflows that are more compatible with existing laboratory infrastructure and future scale-up.
